Coach Oldknow is entering his 26th year of coaching and his 4th year at Seckinger. Coach Oldknow was named the 2024-25 and 2025-26 Region7AAAAA Wrestling Coach of the Year.

Coach Oldknow has led the Jaguars to Region titles in both dual and traditional format each of the last two seasons. In 2026, the Jaguars finished 5th overall at State with 11 state qualifiers (9 boys and 2 girls) and 5 state placers, including two finalist.

In 2023, Coach won the Talley Johnson Award from the Gwinnett Touchdown Club as Assistant Coach of the Year. Prior to coming to Seckinger, Coach Oldknow coached football and wrestling at Brookwood HS, Shiloh HS, South Gwinnett HS, and Statesboro HS. Coach Oldknow is a 2X Local School Teacher of the Year and was a semi-finalist for GCPS Teacher of the Year in 2005 and 2019. Coach Oldknow played football and wrestled at Shamrock HS in Decatur, GA. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Master of Education, and Specialist in Education from Mercer University. Coach Oldknow is married to Lori Jenkins Oldknow of St. Simons GA. The couple have five children. Jacob, Justin and wife Madison, JoJo, Jordan and Julianne.
